Shipping policy

We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and carefree as possible. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. By processing our shipments in batches, we aim to keep costs fair while also reducing our ecological footprint.


Delivery Time and Processing

Order Processing: Typically occurs within a few hours to 1 working day, but can take up to 4 working days. "Processing time" refers to the period during which your order is prepared, packed by our warehouse team, and handed over to our shipping partner before it moves to the next phase of the delivery process.

During this period, it is possible that your order may have already left our warehouse and be with our shipping partner, experiencing delays on their end.

Shipping Options

  • Free Standard Shipping
    • Available for all orders delivered within the UK.
  • Insured Priority Shipping
    • Priority Processing: Orders receive priority over standard shipping.
    • Reduced Delays: Especially during high-volume periods.
    • Insurance Coverage: Protects against loss or theft during transit.
    • If an insured priority shipment is lost or stolen before being marked as delivered, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
    • Once the tracking status is updated to "Delivered", claims for loss or theft can no longer be made.

Customs & Import Duties

All applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges related to your order are the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information regarding additional costs before placing your order.


Refused Packages & Fees

  • If packages are refused or uncollected, they will be returned to us.
  • A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from any refund provided.

Cancelling and Modifying Orders

  • Requests must be sent immediately after ordering to our customer support team.
  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the processing phase.
  • Once processing has begun, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Post-Order Changes & Returns

  • Once your order is processed, changes cannot be made.
  • To make a return, please follow the standard return procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Exceptions

  • We are unable to deliver to:
    • P.O. boxes
    • APO/FPO addresses
    • Locations outside mainland UK (including certain remote areas)

Missed Deliveries and Uncollected Packages

  • Customers are responsible for arranging redelivery or collection from local delivery services if the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
  • Uncollected packages returned to us will incur a 15% restocking fee deducted from refunds, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. In cases where your order is lost or stolen, please refer to the specific conditions outlined under the Insured Priority Shipping option above.
